(Disneyland, 1973) Ralph Hanson's 15-year Cast Member service award with a signed photo from the presentation. This earliest design of the 15-year award features a figure of Sleeping Beauty Castle with a wooden backing and base bearing a distinctive plaque with his name. The photo depicts Ralph receiving the award from Card Walker and Don Tatum and is signed by both top Disney executives. Measuring 5" x 3.5" x 8" tall, the award and 8" x 10" photo are both in very good condition with very minor wear from display.
